Prawns and Fruit Salad
500 grams cooked, shelled, and slit to halves Tiger Prawns
1 can drained Fruit Cocktail
Lettuce Leaves
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Salt
Pepper

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt and pepper to taste... Toss in the prawns and drained fruit cocktail together... Mix well and chill... Serve in a bed of lettuce...
