Baked Creamy Penne with Shrimps and Spinach

It's the Presto Pasta Night's Big 100 Celebration this Friday, and even though it's been a busy and crazy week for me, I just have to be a part of this very special occasion... Imagine, it's their 100 weeks of Presto Pasta Night round-up, what an accomplishment!!! :) ... This, of course, is hosted, headed, and founded by Ruth of Once Upon a Feast, who has graciously and warmly welcomed me... to you Ruth, thank you for inspiring us to be as creative as we can be with our pasta cooking adventure, may you continue to shine... Cheers to you and all the participant of Presto Pasta Night!!!

Well, these are the ingredients that I found in my pantry and freezer...

And here's what I came up with...

Baked Creamy Penne with Shrimps and Spinach...

Heat some Olive Oil in a saucepan or skillet and saute some chopped Onions, then add in the minced Garlic... cook until fragrant...

Add a little Liquid Seasoning to help caramelized the onions...

Add in about a cup of Shrimps...

Then a handful of Spinach...

Add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom...

And 1 pack of All Purpose Cream...

Stir and add Salt and Pepper to taste...

Add the cooked 500 grams Penne Pasta...

Mix well...

Transfer the pasta to an oven-proof dish and topped with shredded Cheese...

Bake at a 350 degrees preheated oven until cheese are bubbly and melted...

And the finish product...

Serve with Bread Sticks...

What, 100 already? That's great. It's been too long since I submitted anything. Sigh.
Love the pasta. I think I put on a couple of kilos just drooling over it.
