Hoisin and Honey Pork Chops

I was browsing through the pile of food magazines I have when I chanced upon this particular recipe from an old issue of Yummy Magazine... I thought that this looks so easy and good enough for my kids' school lunch that I decided to try it immediately...

Hoisin and Honey Pork Chops

4 pcs. 1/2 inch thick Deboned Pork Chops
3 tbsps. Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp. Honey
Hot Sauce, if desired

Mix Hoisin Sauce, Honey, and Hot Sauce together... Add in the Pork Chops and marinate for a few minutes and cook the marinated Pork Chops in a pre-heated Oven Toaster Oven... Cook until the edges of the chops start to caramelized and your kitchen starts to smell like the wonderful aroma of your lunch or dinner, that's for about 10 minutes... Serve with Steamed White Rice or Garlic Rice...

The kids enjoyed their school lunch very much... and the best part, it was quick, easy, and delicious... these are the criteria I always look for in a recipe... don't we all? :) ...

I saw hoisin sauce in the international lane (tama ba) sa supermarket dito. Naalala ko... this was the sauce a friend loved to ask for at chinese restaurants. Pangluto rin pala ito. This is a very interesting and simple dish!
